1.Organizing company

NEXT BUSINESS EXHIBITIONS S.L. (hereinafter referred to as NEBEXT) with address at C/Poeta Joan Maragall, 23, Planta 1ª – 28020 Madrid and holder of the Tax Identification Number B-87396818 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), is the company organizing the event (in thereafter, the “Event”).

2.General information

This Agreement shall not be deemed to have been entered between you and the Organizer unless the Organizer recognizes your purchase order by sending you an email to confirm your registration at the Event. In this regard, acceptance shall be deemed to be valid for all purposes as of the time of receipt of the confirmation email sent by the Organizer.

The confirmation email will include a link to the current General Terms and Conditions for Visitors, which may be amended from time to time.

Prices for products and services available at the Event shall be as indicated at the time of purchase on the event’s website.

The Organizer reserves the right to change or modify the prices at any time without notifying.

3.Data protection

The Organizer fulfills all privacy requirements set forth by applicable regulations. You may consult the Organizer’s Privacy Policy here.

4.Responsibilities

The Organizer may not be held responsible for any errors and/or omissions, and reserves the right to modify the information, specifications and description of the services listed.

The Organizer undertakes to correct any errors and/or omissions as soon as possible after being informed of their existence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer offers its Website and its content “as is” and does not grant any express and/or implicit guarantees in connection with said Website and/or the information held in it, including, without limitation, commercial guarantees and suitability for a specific purpose.

Furthermore, the Organizer does not represent or guarantee that the information accessed through this Website is correct, complete or up-to-date.

The Organizer will not accept any responsibility for any consequential damage and/or loss of profit, loss or damage in the property and/or loss resulting from claims filed by third parties in connection with the web page of the Organizer and/or with any other services rendered to said third parties.

5.Cancellation or change of tickets

The holding of conferences during the Event is conditional upon the number of visitors expected. For this reason, once the tickets for a certain conference or congress date have been purchased, you may neither cancel the purchase nor be entitled to the reimbursement of any amounts made.

In case the Event is cancelled due to force majeure, sanitary emergency and/or in the cases in which the cancellation of the event is imputable to NEBEXT, the latter will proceed to refund the amount of the accreditation, upon request of the User. In any case, NEBEXT is only obliged to reimburse the amount paid by the User for the pass, without, in any case, the aforementioned refund including other cancellation expenses such as transportation, accommodation, subsistence allowance, etc…

The illegal resale of a ticket or the attempted illegal resale constitutes sufficient cause for the cancellation of such ticket without the right to reimbursement or any other type of compensation. NEBEXT will be exempt from any claim related to possible direct and/or indirect expenses that such cancellation may originate from the User, such as the cost of registration, transport costs, accommodation, subsistence allowances, etc. being the same in full charge of the latter.

Tickets may be used neither for advertising, commercial or promotional purposes not for games, contests or gambling activities without the express and reliable authorization of the Organizer.

The Organizer may change the date and/or place of the Event for organizational, technical or other justifiable reasons. The Organizer undertakes to communicate any such changes to the Visitors as soon as possible in order to reduce any inconveniences. Said communication will be made to the Visitor at the email address written on the registration form.

The impossibility to attend the Event or any mistakes made when purchasing the tickets (for instance, writing your email address incorrectly during the purchase process) are not grounds for reimbursement of the ticket price.

You are not entitled to request any reimbursement of the ticket price unless the Event is cancelled.

You may not cancel and/or terminate this agreement once the purchase has been completed.

If You wish to change your ticket for another ticket of the same or higher price, you must contact the Organizer through  info@nebext.com. The Organizer will examine the feasibility of the change you are proposing.

5.1 Visa Invitation Policy: To request a letter of invitation to accompany your visa application, all applicants must make a minimum purchase of a Gold or Platinum Pass. Please note that the issuance of the letter of invitation does not guarantee the approval of your Visa application by the relevant authorities. Visa processing and approval is subject to the decision of the respective consulate or embassy. In the event that your Visa application is not approved or you are unable to attend the event for any reason, the ticket purchase is non-refundable according to these general terms and conditions of sale. We will provide the requested invitation letter in accordance with your request, but we are not responsible for the results related to Visa approvals. You will receive the invitation letter enclosed in the registration confirmation email, following your express request via the pass purchase form.

6.Assignment of image rights of the Visitors

By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the Visitor assigns to the Organizer a license to use its personal image on the Organizer’s web pages and social networks, as well as in press releases, with promotional and advertising purposes.

Said license includes the right to reproduce, distribute, communicate publicly, make available and transform the photographs made by the Organizer during the Event in any format or medium online or offline, including, without limitation, the Internet, social networks, photographs, videos, computer programs, drawings, publications and electronic media.

The Visitor hereby grants this worldwide license to the Organizer free of charge, for the maximum period permitted and without any restrictions and/or reservations whatsoever.

By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, you hold the Organizer harmless against any liabilities for damages connected with the use of your image.

Under the provisions of Organic Law 1/1982, on the civil protection of the right to honour, family privacy and personal image, the consent granted by accepting these General Terms and Conditions may be revoked at any time.

7.Right of admission

Only business owners and/or professional will be admitted to the Event. However, under special circumstances, the Organizer may allow the entrance of students and/or university personnel who fulfil the requirements established by the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to admit to the Event any person who do not fulfill the requirements for professional registration.

Additionally, the Organizer reserves the right of admission to the Event to any person  who do not obey the measures of hygiene and security distance for the reduction of infection caused by SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. Those measures are indicated in the event web, in different communication supports and also in the confirmation email after registration process.

The Organizer also reserves the right of admission to the Event to any person with symptoms compatible with SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.

8.Student Pass

Students are allowed to entry the last day of the event as long as they come with the corresponding pass and accompanied by their school tutor. If a student is not accompanied, sccess to the event will be denied.

The persons or entities that are in charge of the Teaching Center will be liable for any damages caused by their minor students during the period of time they are at the event, as well as those arising from their guardianship.

The consumption of alcohol is completely prohibited for students, minors or adults, who access the premises and it must be the tutor who is in charge of ensuring that this does not happen.

9.Links to websites

The Web page may include links to web pages of third-party companies and entities.

The Organizer may not be held responsible for the way in which said companies deal with privacy and personal data protection. Therefore, we recommend that you read the privacy policy statements included on web pages not owned by the Organizer for more information about personal data use, processing and protection, as the terms and conditions offered on said pages may differ from those offered by the Organizer.

10.Amendments

The information appearing on the Website is current as of the date of its most recent update. The Organizer reserves to right to update, amend and/or eliminate any information included on this Website.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend unilaterally these General Terms and Conditions, its Privacy Policy and any other relevant information. Any amendments to the present General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force as of the time of publication thereof on the Website.

11.Language

The Organizer may translate these General Terms and Conditions, its Privacy Policy and/or any other operational rules or policies published on the Website. In the event of conflict, the Spanish version shall prevail.

12.Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish law.

Any controversy as to the interpretation, performance and/or validity of the present General Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.

13.Hygienic and sanitary security measures (Business Safe by Nebext)

The Organizer together with the venue and all suppliers involved in the event have prepared a contingency plan. The aim of the plan measures considered are developed to reduce SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection risk and those indications are based on Regulation UNE 0066-19th June 2020 for MICE sector together with the Regional Government regulations where the event takes place.

All visitors are informed and notified about preventive hygienic and sanitary measures of mandatory accomplishment during the event. The mandatory measures are published in the web: https://www.tisglobalsummit.com/health-safety-measures/ as well as in the confirmation email after registration process and other online and offline communication resources. This will allow all participants to be aware of all implemented measures and the possible modifications derived by the current situation.

The visitor knows, accepts and it is responsible for the accomplishment of those measures at any time during his visit to the event.

The visitor commits to inform the pertinent authorities and the Organizer of the event immediately after having symptoms or being diagnosed of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus during the celebration of the event or in the 14 days after it.

In any case, the participant exonerates the Organization of the event of any kind of responsibility.

Acceptance of conditions

Yes, I have read and accept the Privacy Policy, General Terms and Conditions and the Hygienic and Sanity Security measures.

1.Empresa organizadora

NEXT BUSINESS EXHIBITIONS S.L. (en lo sucesivo denominado NEBEXT) con domicilio en Calle O’Donnell 12, floor 2 – 28009 Madrid y titular del Número de Identificación Fiscal B-87396818 (en adelante denominada como el “Organizador”), es la empresa organizadora del evento (en lo sucesivo, el “Evento”). 

2. Información General

No se entenderá celebrado el Contrato entre Usted y el Organizador a menos que éste reconozca su orden de compra mediante un correo electrónico que confirme su inscripción en el Evento. En este sentido, la aceptación será considerada válida a todos los efectos en el momento de confirmación por parte del Organizador a través de un correo electrónico.

El correo electrónico confirmatorio contendrá un link a las presentes Condiciones Generales de Visitantes, que podrán ser modificadas periódicamente de acuerdo con lo mencionado anteriormente.

Los precios por los productos y servicios disponibles en el Evento serán aquellos indicados en el momento de compra en el sitio web de Evento.

El Organizador se reserva el derecho a cambiar o modificar los precios en cualquier momento sin previo aviso.

3. Protección de Datos.

El Organizador cumple con los requisitos establecidos en la normativa aplicable en materia de privacidad. Puede consultar la Política de Privacidad del Organizador aquí.

4. Responsabilidades

El Organizador no se hace responsable de cualquier error y omisión, y se reserva el derecho de modificar la información, especificaciones y descripciones de los servicios enumerados.

El Organizador se compromete a corregir los errores y omisiones tan pronto como sea posible después de que le hayan sido notificados.

En la máxima medida legalmente permitida, el Organizador ofrece su Sitio Web y sus contenidos “tal cual”, y no otorga garantías de ningún tipo, expresa o implícitamente, con respecto al referido Sitio Web o la información contenida en este sitio, incluyendo, sin limitación, las garantías comerciales y adecuación para un propósito particular.

Además, el Organizador no representa ni garantiza que la información a la que se acceda a través de este Sitio Web sea correcta, completa o actualizada.

El Organizador no se hace responsable del daño emergente o el lucro cesante, pérdidas o daños a la propiedad y/o pérdida de reclamaciones de terceros que surjan de la utilización de las páginas web del Organizador o para cualquier servicio adquirido de los mismos.

5. Cancelación o cambio de entradas.

La celebración de las conferencias del Evento está condicionada a la cantidad de visitantes que se esperan para cada conferencia. Debido a esto, una vez que las entradas para una conferencia o día de congreso se compran, usted no podrá cancelar la compra ni recibir un reembolso del pago realizado.

En los supuestos de cancelación del Evento por causas de fuerza mayor, emergencia sanitaria y/o en los supuestos en los que la cancelación del evento sea imputable a NEBEXT, este último procederá a la devolución del importe de la acreditación, previa solicitud del Usuario. En cualquier caso, NEBEXT únicamente se obliga a reembolsar el importe satisfecho por el Usuario en concepto de acreditación, sin que, en ningún caso, el citado reembolso incluya otros gastos de cancelación tales como transporte, alojamiento, dietas, etc…

La reventa ilegal de una entrada o el intento de reventa ilegal constituye causa suficiente para la cancelación de dicha entrada sin derecho a rembolso ni cualquier otro tipo de compensación. NEBEXT quedará exonerado de cualquier reclamación relativa a los posibles gastos directos y/o indirectos que dicha cancelación pueda originar al Usuario, tales como coste de la acreditación, gastos de transporte, alojamiento, dietas etc. siendo los mismos a cargo íntegramente de este último.

Una entrada no podrá utilizarse para fines publicitarios, comerciales, promocionales, de juegos, concursos o apuestas, sin autorización previa, expresa y fehaciente del Organizador.

El Organizador podrá modificar la fecha o lugar de realización del Evento por causas de organización, técnicas u otras razones que lo justifiquen. Ante cualquiera de estos cambios, el Organizador se compromete a comunicarlo con la mayor brevedad posible a los Visitantes para causarles los menores inconvenientes. Esta comunicación consistirá en el envío de un correo electrónico al Visitante a la dirección que haya indicado en el formulario de registro informándole acerca de dicho cambio.

La imposibilidad de asistir al Evento o la comisión de un error al realizar la compra de las entradas (por haber introducido incorrectamente el correo electrónico en el proceso de compra, por ejemplo) no son motivos que permitan su devolución.

Las entradas no están sujetadas al derecho de devolución, a menos que el Evento se cancele.

Usted no podrá cancelar o dar por terminado este contrato una vez realizada la compra.

En caso de que Usted desee cambiar su entrada por otra entrada del mismo precio o de un precio superior al que ha pagado, Usted tendrá que contactar con el Organizador a la dirección de correo electrónico: , para que pueda valorar si es posible realizar el cambio que usted desea hacer.

5.1 Política de cartas de invitación: Para solicitar una carta de invitación que acompañe su solicitud de visado, todos los solicitantes deben realizar una compra mínima de un Gold o Platinum Pass. Por favor, tenga en cuenta que la emisión de la carta de invitación no garantiza la aprobación de su solicitud de Visa por parte de las autoridades competentes. El procesamiento y la aprobación de la Visa están sujetos a la decisión del respectivo consulado o embajada. En caso de que su solicitud de Visa no sea aprobada o no pueda asistir al evento por cualquier motivo, la compra de la entrada no es reembolsable según las presentes condiciones generales de venta. Proporcionaremos la carta de invitación solicitada de acuerdo con su petición, pero no nos hacemos responsables de los resultados relacionados con las aprobaciones de Visa. Recibirá la carta de invitación adjunta en el mail de confirmación de registro, tras su petición expresa a través del formulario de compra de pases.

6. Cesión de los derechos de imagen de los Visitantes

Con la aceptación de las presentes Condiciones Generales, el Visitante concede una licencia de uso al Organizador para la utilización de su imagen personal, en las páginas web y redes sociales del Organizador, así como en notas de prensa, con fines promocionales y publicitarios.

Esta licencia de uso abarca el derecho de reproducción, distribución, comunicación pública, puesta a disposición y transformación de las fotografías realizadas por el Organizador durante la celebración del Evento en cualquier soporte o medio online u offline, incluyendo, Internet, redes sociales, fotografías, videos, programas de ordenador, dibujos, publicaciones y medios electrónicos, sin limitación alguna. El Visitante concede esta licencia al Organizador de forma gratuita, a nivel mundial, por el periodo máximo de duración permitido y sin restricción ni reserva alguna.

Con la aceptación de las presentes Condiciones Generales, Usted exime al Organizador de cualquier responsabilidad por daños relacionados con el uso de su imagen.

De conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley Orgánica 1/1982, de Protección civil del derecho al honor, a la intimidad personal y familiar y a la propia imagen, el consentimiento otorgado a través de la aceptación de las presentes Condiciones Generales será revocable en cualquier momento.

7. Derecho de admisión

Los visitantes del Evento deben ser empresarios o profesionales. No obstante, el Organizador podrá, en circunstancias excepcionales, permitir la entrada de estudiantes y/o personal universitario que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos por el Organizador.

El Organizador se reserva el derecho de admisión al Evento a las personas que no cumplan con los requisitos para el registro profesional en cada congreso.

Asimismo, el Organizador se reserva el derecho de admisión al Evento a las personas que no cumplan las medidas de higiene y distancia de seguridad para la reducción del contagio por el coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 indicados tanto en la página web del evento así como en diferentes soportes de comunicación y en el email de confirmación de registro o presenten sintomatología compatible con el coronavirus SARS-CoV-2.

8.Pase de estudiantes

Se permite la entrada a estudiantes el último día del evento siempre y cuando vengan con el pase correspondiente y acompañados de su tutor. En caso de no estar acompañados, no podrán acceder al recinto.

Las personas o entidades que sean titulares del Centro docente de enseñanza responderán por los daños y perjuicios que causen sus alumnos menores de edad durante el período de tiempo que estén en el evento así como las que derivan de su tutela.

El consumo de alcohol está totalmente prohibido a los alumnos, menores o mayores de edad, que accedan al recinto debiendo ser el tutor quien se ocupe de vigilar que esto no ocurra.

Los alumnos deberán mantener una actitud profesional y la organización se reserva el derecho de admisión en caso de que no cumplan con este criterio y el anterior.

9.Enlaces a sitios web

El Sitio web puede contener enlaces a sitios web de otras empresas y entidades de terceros.

El Organizador no se hace responsable de la forma en que estas empresas tratan la privacidad y los datos personales, por lo que recomendamos leer con más detalle la política de privacidad de las páginas que no sean propiedad del Organizador, en relación con el uso, procesamiento y protección de datos personales. Las condiciones ofrecidas por estas páginas web pueden ser diferentes de los ofrecidos por el Organizador.

10.Modificaciones

La información contenida en el Sitio Web es la vigente en la fecha de su última actualización. El Organizador se reserva el derecho a actualizar, modificar o eliminar la información contenida en este Sitio Web.

El Organizador se reserva el derecho a modificar unilateralmente las presentes Condiciones Generales, la Política de Privacidad y cualquier otra información relevante. Las modificaciones de las Condiciones Generales entrarán en vigor a partir del momento en que se publique en el Sitio Web.

11.Idioma

El Organizador puede traducir las presentes Condiciones Generales, su Política de Privacidad, o cualquier otra norma operativa o política que pueda ser publicada en el Sitio Web. La versión española prevalecerá en caso de conflicto.

12.Ley aplicable y jurisdicción

Las presentes Condiciones Generales están sujetas a la Legislación española.

En caso de controversia sobre la interpretación, ejecución o validez de las presentes Condiciones Generales, los Juzgados y Tribunales de Madrid serán competentes.

13.Medidas Seguridad e Higiene (Business Safe by Nebext)

El Organizador conjuntamente con el recinto y los diferentes proveedores involucrados en el evento han elaborado un plan de contingencia en base a las medidas para la reducción del contagio por el coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 indicadas en la Especificación UNE 0066-19 de Junio 2020 para el sector MICE y la normativa establecida por la Comunidad autónoma donde se celebra el evento.

Se informa y comunica a los participantes en el evento acerca de las medidas preventivas e higiénico-sanitarias implantadas y de obligado cumplimiento a través de la página web del correo electrónico de confirmación de registro, del pase de acceso al evento y de otros elementos de comunicación online, offline y onsite que le permitan conocer de forma clara y evidente las medidas a seguir y las posibles modificaciones que pueden haber derivadas de la situación vigente.

El visitante conoce, acepta y se hace responsable de cumplir dichas medidas sin excepción en todo momento durante su visita al evento.

El visitante se compromete a informar a las autoridades pertinentes y al organizador en el caso de padecer síntomas o contraer coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 durante su asistencia al evento o en los 14 días siguientes de su asistencia al mismo y exonera de cualquier responsabilidad al organizador no pudiendo realizar reclamación alguna.

El visitante conoce, acepta y se hace responsable de cumplir dichas medidas sin excepción en todo momento durante su visita al evento.
